The 71st annual Quincy Bay Race Week will start on July 22, 2010. This prestigious race features South Shore children from Marshfield, Scituate, Norwell, Hanover, Hingham, Hull, Weymouth, Braintree, and Quincy.

Thursday, July 22, 2010 and Friday, July 23, 2010 - Junior Racing for Sailors 18 and under in Optimists, Lasers, Laser Radials,   C-420's, N-10's, and Widgeons hosted at Wessagussett Yacht Club.

Albert (Mike) Crossman from Braintree Yacht Club was one of the first racers in Quincy Bay Race Week in 1938. He was 18 years old.
